Mobilization Manager

You will be working as a Mobilization Manager at Accenture, a global professional services company known for its expertise in digital, cloud, and security services. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to large, complex programs involving multiple work streams and oversee the successful transition of work to various geographies. Your role will involve defining and implementing processes, organizational structures, and operational infrastructures necessary to establish and commence operations of a new outsourcing engagement or support the service transition between operating entities. Additionally, you will establish and manage Project Management Office (PMO) processes within the context of an Accenture engagement, applying traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project, or portfolio. As a Mobilization Manager, you will be required to identify and evaluate complex problems within your area of responsibility, devising solutions that demand a comprehensive analysis of various factors. You will need to align with the strategic direction set by senior management while establishing short-term goals, often engaging with senior management at clients and within Accenture. Your role grants some decision-making autonomy, allowing you to independently determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Your decisions will significantly impact your area of responsibility on a day-to-day basis. If managing teams, you will oversee large to medium-sized teams or work efforts, either at a client's site or within Accenture. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts. To qualify for this role, you need to have a minimum of 13 to 18 years of experience and hold a degree in any field of Graduation.,
