Mobile Device Management Specialist

The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management. You will be responsible for managing and administering Mobile Device Management solutions such as Intune and MobileIron. Your duties will include Mobile Application Management for Android and IOS Applications, including resigning of applications on Public and Private stores. You will also be involved in implementing and supporting rugged device management solutions tailored to industry-specific needs. Furthermore, you will develop and enforce mobile device policies to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols. You will oversee the enrollment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices within the MDM solutions, which includes iPhone, iPads, and Android devices. Implementing and managing mobile security policies, providing advanced troubleshooting for mobile device issues, and collaborating with IT, security, and other departments to align MDM solutions with overall business objectives will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to maintain comprehensive documentation of the MDM environment, configurations, and procedures, generate reports on device compliance, inventory, and performance metrics, offer training and support to end-users on device usage and best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday. The candidate should have hands-on experience of 3 years in Mobile Device Management and Intune, 2 years in MDM Administration, and 1 year in MobileIron. The work location is in person.
