Job Description

Mobile Developer Apple iOS

Responsibilities

Design and build applications for the iOS platform
Work closely with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to design, build and extend consumer and/or partner facing new products, platforms and features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) as well as for automated and manual testing
Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A. or equivalent technical qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Past experience in designing and developing advanced iOS Applications.
Solid understanding of iOS app life cycle, apple platform and capable of suggesting design alternatives.
Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
Experience in API design, SDK architecture, and mobile software lifecycle development practices.
Expert in writing high-performance code in objective-C and swift using Xcode.
Expert in developing the UI with SwiftUI
Experience on storyboards
Familiarity with all features of Xcode. Strong programming fundamentals including working with memory management, networking and event-based programming, thread management, etc.
Experience working with frameworks like AVF, core animation etc.
Utilize various DRM systems, obfuscation and encryption to protect user information and content.
Experience working with remote data using REST and JSON, and third-party libraries and APIs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement newer iOS trends to maximize development efficiency.
Knowledge of working with dev tools like git, Jira, confluence, stash, etc.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Some knowledge on android development
and react native
would be an added advantage.
