• Flutter 3.x+: Strong knowledge of the latest Flutter framework and Dart language
• Cross-Platform: Experience delivering native iOS and Android apps
• Platform Channels: Ability to write custom platform-specific code
• FlutterFire: Integration with Firebase and cloud services
• State Management: Hands-on experience with Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider
• Clean Architecture: Understanding of MVVM, Stacked, or similar patterns

Development Skills

• Plugin Development: Experience creating custom Flutter plugins and working with third-party packages
• Performance: Skilled in Flutter DevTools, profiling, and optimization
• Testing: Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing
• Git: Strong version control practices and collaborative development skills
• CI/CD: Build automation and deployment pipeline experience

Advanced Technologies

• AR/VR: Understanding of augmented and mixed reality concepts
