MIS Manager

You will be responsible for Data Management and Analysis which includes collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. Additionally, you will be required to build and maintain dashboards for real-time reporting and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage complex Excel models, including pivot tables, macros, Power Query, and VBA scripting. - Automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes through advanced Excel functionalities. - Create dynamic and collaborative Google Sheets for data tracking and sharing. - Leverage advanced Google Sheets functions, including QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, and scripting through Google Apps Script. - Integrate Google Sheets with automation using App script. - Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports using both Excel and Google Sheets. - Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for management. - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and design solutions using Excel and Google Sheets. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process alignment. - Train and mentor team members on advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide analytical support. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. - Experience in developing complex Excel models and utilizing advanced Excel functionalities. - Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and scripting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
