Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods received, dispatched, and stored.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status, inventory aging, dispatch timelines, and more.
Develop and maintain dashboards and spreadsheets for operational tracking.
System Operations:
Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Excel-based tools to manage inventory data.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into systems.
Inventory Control:
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Assist in periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
