We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage data tracking, documentation, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of tracking project activities from start to end and maintaining effective document control systems.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc) and MS Office tools.
Ability to track start-to-end project activities and generate reports.
Experience in document control and data management.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferably with IT or admin background).
1 to 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or documentation roles.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with project tracking tools or ERP systems.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering domains is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor day-to-day project activities from initiation to closure.
Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and project tracking sheets.
Ensure proper documentation of project records, approvals, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with various departments to collect data and verify accuracy.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Implement and maintain effective document control processes as per company standards.
Support the team in data analysis and presentation preparation.
Co-ordinate with every department and maintain data
Handle sheet of each projects
