Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and maintain various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel.
Utilize
Conditional Formatting
to highlight key data trends and exceptions.
Apply
VLOOKUP
and
HLOOKUP
functions for accurate data search and analysis across datasets.
Perform data cleaning, sorting, and consolidation tasks.
Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data inputs.
Analyze large volumes of data to generate business insights and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from management.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel

Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools.
