Job Opening : Milling Operator (Tool Room Division)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Manual Milling Operator with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Tool Room operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of milling machines and precision machining.
This is not a production department role it’s a tool room-based position requiring accuracy, skill, and responsibility in tool and component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate manual milling machines for precision machining of components and tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
• Perform setting, machining, and finishing operations independently.
• Maintain machine accuracy and ensure proper measurement with gauges and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the machine’s cleanliness and efficiency.
• Work closely with the tool room team to meet production and quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards during operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in manual milling operations.
• Strong background in tool room machining (not production line work).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
