Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manual Milling Machine Operator with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in operating and maintaining milling machines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver precision machining as per engineering drawings and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manual milling machines for production and machining tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Perform precision machining to produce high-quality components as per specifications.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
• Identify and resolve machining issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow safety standards, quality procedures, and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in manual milling machine operations.
• Strong knowledge of machining practices, cutting tools, and materials.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
• Skilled in using measuring instruments for precision quality checks.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Work Details

• Working Hours: Morning Shift Timing : 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm
• Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
• Incentives/Benefits: [e.g., Attendance Bonus / Overtime ]
• Shift Timing : Rotational Shift Only (Night Shift Timing : 6:30 Pm to 3:30 Am)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
