Mid-Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on system architecture and object-oriented design decisions. - Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Provide technical support for live products, including occasional customer-facing troubleshooting. - Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, P2PE, and EMV standards. Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: - 3+ years of professional Java development (J2EE/J2ME). - Experience with C++, .NET, or Kotlin (advantageous). - Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have: - Exposure to microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or DevOps tools. Soft Skills: - Self-motivated with excellent time management. - Clear communicator, able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
