Job Description

MicroStrategy Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and documents.
Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and cubes to support reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all MicroStrategy applications.
Work with data engineers and DBAs to integrate data from various sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data discrepancies, and system errors.
Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in MicroStrategy development.
Strong understanding of BI architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, and custom reports.
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
