Job Description

Role & responsibilities

MicroStrategy BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and documents
.
Create and manage
schema objects
(attributes, facts, hierarchies) and
application objects
(metrics, filters, prompts).
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to
gather requirements
and translate them into BI solutions.
Optimize reports and dashboards for
performance and scalability
.
Ensure
data accuracy and integrity
across BI solutions.
Support
MicroStrategy upgrades, patches, and migrations
.
Collaborate with
data engineers
to integrate data from multiple sources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years in BI development, with at least 3 years in MicroStrategy.
Strong knowledge of
MicroStrategy Developer, Web, and Mobile
.
Proficiency in
SQL
and relational database concepts.
Experience with
data modeling
and
ETL processes
.
Familiarity with
performance tuning
and
caching strategies
.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
