Microsoft Trainer: Copilot, Azure AI & AI Agent Development

Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and certified Microsoft Trainer to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you'll empower learners to leverage Microsoft's AI tools, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), and AI Agent Development. You'll guide both technical and non-technical audiences in building practical AI solutions, from everyday Copilot use in Office apps to creating sophisticated AI agents with tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Bot Service.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver Training: Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Fundamentals, and AI Agent Development using Copilot Studio, Azure Bot Service, and Power Virtual Agents.

· Create Content: Design and customize training materials, hands-on labs, and real-world projects to meet learner needs.

· Facilitate Certification: Prepare participants for the AI-900 certification exam.

· Stay Current: Continuously update your knowledge on Microsoft's evolving AI tools and services.

· Assess and Report: Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback, including training reports and certifications.

Qualifications

Mandatory

· Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot features.

· roven experience building AI agents with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, or Power Virtual Agents.

· A minimum of two years' experience delivering technical training.

· The ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred

· Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.

· Experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

· Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, OpenAI services, or Microsoft Graph APIs.

· Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and data governance.

Location & Work Environment
