Microsoft SharePoint & Power Automate Engineer

As a Microsoft SharePoint & Power Automate Engineer / Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and automating modern SharePoint solutions integrated with the Power Platform. Your strong background in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and workflow automation will be essential in building efficient and scalable digital collaboration environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain SharePoint site artifacts such as content types, library templates, validation rules, and custom UI components. - Develop and manage integration workflows using Power Automate / Power Platform to streamline document and metadata management. - Implement data ingestion pipelines into SharePoint or staging storage systems. - Configure and optimize SharePoint Search including managed properties, refiners, and custom search verticals. - Ensure robust metadata enforcement, validation logic, and UI behaviors across sites and libraries. - Automate end-to-end document workflows including upload validations, metadata enforcement, translation flows, and ingestion triggers. - Create and manage automated flows that integrate with AI or embedding back-end systems for processes like reindexing and embedding triggers. Qualifications & Skills: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (Modern Experience). - Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Power Platform tools. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and governance. - Experience with data integration, API connectors, and workflow automation. - Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure SharePoint solutions. - Familiarity with AI or automation-based integrations is a plus.
