Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development G Customization

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service modules).
• Develop custom components using

  C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript

  .
• Build workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and Azure Functions.
• Integration Development

• Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or similar.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Technical Design G Documentation
• Participate in requirements analysis and create technical design specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• ?uality G Delivery
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

Required Skills Experience

• Minimum 2 years

  of hands on technical experiencein

  Dynamics 365 CRM

development projects

• Strong proficiency in:
• C#, .NET Framework/Core

• Dynamics 365 Plugins G Custom WorkflowActivities

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  (for form customizations and UI enhancements)
• Power Automate / Microsoft Flow

• Azure Functions

• In-depth experience with

  D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service

modules.

• Experience in

  system integrations

  (REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solution architecture, security model, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in

  Dynamics 365 Project Operations

  .
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
