Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and define architecture.
  • Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Guide teams in development of Power Apps, Plugins, and Workflows.
  • Build and optimize CRM and Marketing Automation campaigns, journeys, and segmentation.
  • Ensure technical scalability, data security, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor consultants and developers on best practices and solution standards.
