Job Description
We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals to work on implementation, customization, and support projects. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver robust Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE/F&O depending on requirement).
Design workflows, plugins, integrations, and custom modules.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution development.
Support data migration and integration with external systems.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Collaborate with global teams and work effectively during US hours.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM / F&O / Business Central — adjust per your need).
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (preferred).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom workflows, and Integrations.
Knowledge of Azure services is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in remote settings.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
