Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Sales Module) U.S. Onsite Opportunity
Key Skill & Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and customization of the Dynamics 365 Sales module for enterprise clients.* Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and map them to Dynamics capabilities.* Customize entities, forms, business process flows (BPF), workflows, and plug-ins.* Configure advanced sales features including lead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting.* Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party tools and internal systems as required.* Provide technical guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support.* Proven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module with high-level customizations.* Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Automate, custom workflows, and plug-in development.* Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and solution deployment.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.* Excellent communication and client interaction skills.* Must hold a valid U.S. visa (H1B, L1, B1/B2 with stamping, etc.).
