As a MERN stack developer/Node.js Developer with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating and managing MERN stack development projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Tracking project progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing solutions will be crucial. Assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables are key responsibilities. Acting as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives will be part of your routine. Conducting team meetings, providing technical guidance, and maintaining project documentation will also be essential.
