Job Description

MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 5-7 years

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Collaborate with UI/UX designers for responsive and user-friendly interfaces
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed
Participate in code reviews to improve coding standards
Work with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD integration

Required Skills & Experience:

57 years in full-stack web development (focus on MERN)
Proficiency: JavaScript (ES6), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
Strong understanding: HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, JSON
Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is an advantage
Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, software design principles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in leading small development teams is a plus
