Mern Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable web applications

  using the MERN Stack (Mongodb, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Lead and mentor React developers by guiding them on

  best practices, performance optimisation, and component structuring

• Translate non-technical requirements into technical workflows

• Drive clean, maintainable code through

  proper planning, code reviews, and consistent version control

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define

Mandatory Skills:

1. JavaScript (ES6+)

   : Solid understanding of data structures, async patterns, and event-driven design.

2. React.js

   : Strong grasp of hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and performance profiling.

3. Node.js + Express.js

   : Ability to write clean APIs, middleware, and scalable backend logic.

4. MongoDB

   : Knowledge of indexing, aggregation pipelines, and schema modelling.

5. Git & GitHub

   : Comfortable with PR reviews, branching strategies, and CI flows.

6. Logical & Architectural Thinking

   : Able to

   design and document technical solutions

   based on user flows or problem statements.

7. Communication & Leadership

   : Confidence in

8. Excellent in Debugging and Backtracking
