Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Create clean, reusable, and efficient code for both client and server sides.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.js.
Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for data modeling and storage solutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement innovative features and improvements.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Participate in agile software development practices and regular team meetings.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Ability to write unit and integration tests.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
