Job Description

Collaborate with our core development team to design and build robust backend systems using
Node.js and Express.js.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support full-stack applications.
Work with MongoDB for database design, schema modelling, queries, and optimization.
Help deploy and maintain scalable web apps that solve real business problems.
Participate in code reviews, sprint meetings, and contribute to product planning.
Build and refine features in live projects alongside experienced engineers.
Requirements
Solid understanding of JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Experience developing backend APIs using Node + Express.
Good grasp of database operations in MongoDB.
At least 12 personal projects built using the MERN stack.
Familiarity with Git, Postman, and modern development workflows.
Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth, sessions).
Understanding of MVC architecture and modular code practices.
Experience with tools like Mongoose, Docker, Vercel etc.
Comfortable working in a collaborative GitHub environment.
