MERN Stack Developer Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in RESTful APIs, modern UI frameworks, and database design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end communication.
• Build interactive, responsive, and user-friendly UI using React.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Maintain proper documentation for code and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs & JSON.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with deployment (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, or similar).
• Experience in authentication (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Docker or Kubernetes.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer (or relevant project experience for fresher roles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
