MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development experience and a passion for creating efficient, high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) stack.
• Build interactive, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with Express.js and Node.js
• Integrate databases using MongoDB and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Debug and resolve performance issues on both client and server sides.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js (2+ Years of Experience needed).
• Hands-on experience with Express.js and MongoDB (Mongoose ORM).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with authentication technologies (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
