MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and version control processes (e.g., Git).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Guide team members in debugging and resolving technical issues.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively for multiple concurrent projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and development practices.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Contributions to open-source or personal development projects are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
