We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building dynamic, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug applications and fix issues in a timely manner.
Maintain code integrity, security, and documentation.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
Understanding of database design, caching, and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
