Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & execution of
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works
at site
Coordination with civil, architectural & subcontractor teams
Monitoring
HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical & plumbing installations
Reviewing & interpreting MEP drawings as per approved design
Ensuring
quality, safety & timely completion
of site activities
Preparing
BOQs, site reports & contractor bill verification
Material planning & vendor coordination
Resolving site-level MEP issues and ensuring compliance with standards

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems
Ability to read & interpret drawings (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)
Site supervision, quality control & safety practice
Good communication & leadership
Site coordination and supervision skills
Knowledge of safety practices and quality control
