esponsible for tender Analysis of all MEP WORKS ( Electrical ,plumbing, firefighting, stp, Fire alarm system, cctv system hvac system etc work).

Responsible for Float the tender and preparation of Work Order/ purchase order .

Responsible for inspection of all the Running Account Bills of & Sub-Contractors related to MEP Services & .works

coordinating with the , Site Execution & Planning for Site regarding Billing, Timely delivery of Material & Work Etc.

Responsible for vendor finalization and award the MEP works .

Responsible for Follow up / Pushup to the contactor for site execution and work progress .

Responsible for QA/QC works .

Responsible for monitoring of MEP works Like as Electrical , Plumbing , Fire fighting , WTP, STP Elevator Etc .

Responsible for technically & commercially review the tender document,& drawing , Etc.

Responsible for Prepare the techno commercial comparative sheets and rate analysis .

Responsible for Bidding of tender .

Tracking the work progress reports and updated to the client.

Responsible for Review of All MEP Packages drawings
