Job Title:

Estimator / Senior Estimator – MEP (Work from Office | Full-Time)

Okhla Phase-3, Delhi, India

5+ Years in MEP Estimation (International Projects Preferred)

Job Summary:

highly skilled MEP Estimator / Sr. Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret

  MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents

  for detailed estimation.
• Prepare

  accurate cost estimates

  for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems including ductwork, piping, and related components.
• Utilize industry-standard

  estimation software tools

  (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) to quantify materials and labor.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain competitive pricing from

  vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers

  .
• Review and analyze

  vendor/subcontractor quotations

  for scope coverage, completeness, and competitiveness.
• Lead or support internal meetings to review take-offs, risk assessments, and value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare

  Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs (MTOs),

  and detailed cost breakdowns.
• Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications, local/international codes, and company standards.
• Maintain and update historical cost data for benchmarking and future use.
• Actively support

  continuous improvement initiatives

  in the estimation and bidding process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

  or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  MEP Estimation

  , especially for international (preferably

  US-based

  ) construction projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting

  construction drawings and technical specifications

  .
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience with

  estimation software

  and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  simultaneously under tight deadlines.
