About Us

Space Race Architects is a fast-growing architecture and interior design firm based in Jalandhar, known for its innovative and practical designs. We’re expanding our technical team and are looking for a talented MEP Designer to join our multidisciplinary studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Assist in site inspections and resolving MEP-related issues during execution.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in MEP design (preferably in architecture or construction firms).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with green building systems and energy efficiency design.
