Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide medical coding training to students, focusing on anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10-CM, and medical summarization.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer to learners.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding.
Collaborate with other trainers or instructors to develop curriculum materials and resources.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in teaching or training in a related field (medical coding).
Strong expertise in HCC coding principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective instruction delivery.
Ability to create interactive learning experiences using various teaching methods (e.g., lectures, workshops).
Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathology.
