Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Coder. Familiarity in reading and analysing

medical records from Epic, AllScripts and other EMR systems. Accurate processing and

completion of medical claims with in current turnaround standards by maintaining quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review the medical record and provide accurate medical coding.

- Demonstrate increasing productivity to meet requirements while maintaining quality

standards.

- Familiarity in Cardiology, Spinal surgeries and Neuro surgeries, Gastrology is preferred.

- Should have knowledge on RCM. Should have strong knowledge on CPT, ICD -10 - CM and

HCPCS.,

- Should have knowledge on insurance specific guidelines.

- Excellent Communication, Ability to multitask, Good Analytical, oral and written skills.

- Should familiar with Microsoft office suite.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in E&M and Surgery Coding, with a focus on healthcare technology.

- Certifications - CPC or CCS (Mandatory).

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
