We’re Hiring! – Medical Coding Trainer (6+ Years Experience)

Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (On-site role – Physical presence required)

Clinformatiq, a leading Clinical Research Training Institute, is looking for an experienced Medical Coder with 6+ years of industry experience to join our team as a Medical Coding Trainer.

Job Role:

As a Medical Coding Trainer, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding students to build successful careers in the healthcare industry. This role requires physical presence at our Guntur institute to conduct classroom sessions and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-person training sessions for students on Medical Coding principles, guidelines, and tools.

* Design and deliver engaging curriculum with real-world case studies.

* Mentor and support students to build practical coding skills.

* Stay updated with ICD, CPT, HCPCS guidelines and industry best practices.

* Assist in preparing students for certification exams (e.g., CPC, CCS)

Requirements:

* 6+ years of hands-on Medical Coding experience in the healthcare industry.

* Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and related coding guidelines.

* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

* Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Guntur.

* Comfortable working on-site at the institute (no remote option).
