Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and utilities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot

    hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, and utility equipment

    .
  • Handle

    cooling tower, chiller, and air compressor

    maintenance.
  • Oversee erection, commissioning, and installation of machinery.
  • Maintain and repair retaining equipment and other plant machinery.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of production by minimizing downtime through effective maintenance.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and maintain proper records.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams for timely issue resolution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial plants.
  • Hands-on experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility equipment.
  • Expertise in plant maintenance, commissioning, and erection.
  • Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making during breakdowns.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance in the preferred industries.
