Job Summary:

• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Execution Supervisor with 36 years of hands-on experience in supervising mechanical works at project sites.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of mechanical installations, ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• 3 6 years of proven experience in mechanical execution or supervision roles, preferably in chemical industries, construction, oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, etc.

• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, installation methods, and industry standards.

• Ability to manage and motivate teams of technicians and subcontractors.

• Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in mechanical systems.

• Familiar with safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and basic project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical site activities including installation, fabrication, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Monitor work progress and ensure it aligns with project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure all mechanical works are executed in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (manpower, tools, and materials).
• Conduct inspections and quality checks during and after installation activities.
• Identify and resolve technical or execution issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain documentation of site activities.
• Participate in site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings as required.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role with exposure to outdoor/industrial environments.
• May require shift work, extended hours, and weekend availability depending on project needs.
