Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, components, and processes. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles, analytical skills, and creativity to deliver innovative solutions that meet technical, quality, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and performance testing. Analyze design problems and recommend engineering solutions. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and electrical engineering. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions for product or process improvements. Support prototype development, testing, and validation of mechanical designs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company quality requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (e.g., 2–5 years) in mechanical design, manufacturing, or product development. Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, etc.). Strong knowledge of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or automation systems. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ISO, ASTM, etc.). Project management experience is a plus. Work Environment: Office and manufacturing plant settings. May require occasional travel to suppliers or project sites.
