Mechanical

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

For Mechanical Engineers:

Design and develop
HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
systems for various building types.
Perform detailed load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
Review and interpret architectural/structural plans to ensure seamless system integration.
Prepare comprehensive 2D/3D design documentation, specifications, and schedules.
Lead design reviews, resolve RFIs, and provide technical support during construction.

For Electrical Engineers:

Design
power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication
systems.
Develop electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and load calculations.
Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and energy efficiency standards.
Prepare tender documents, technical specifications, and review shop drawings.
Provide field coordination and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in building systems design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant calculation tools.
Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
