Job Title : Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification: BE (MECHANICAL)

Experience : 1 to 3 years (with relevant Experience)

Package : 18k to 25k

Location : Thirumullaivoyal

Timing : 9.00am to 5.30pm

Key Skills :

3D MODELING & DRAFTING(SOLIDWORKS), 2D (AUTOCAD) (laser cutting),MACHINING KNOWLEDGE (vmc, cnc, m1tr,edm..etc) , MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE ,STATIC SIMULATION (SOLIDWORKS), GD& T KNOWLEDGE, QUALITY INSPECTION, JIGS AND FIXTURES KNOWLEDGE

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· To Design, Draft 2D, perform FEA for mechanical based products and other related components using CAD & Analysis Software

· To Design and develop Jigs & Fixtures required for testing

· Handling new projects from conceptual ideas/ design till completion

of product proving

· Involving in Testing of newly developed products along with Troubleshooting

· Implementing design improvements like cost reduction, functional enhancement and ensuring product standardization to existing products.

· Inspecting the manufactured components and proceeding for production

· To create BOM, vendor selection for manufacturing and doing material study before execution
