Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling machines according to drawings and tolerances, as well as installing and commissioning machines at customer sites. You should have a good understanding of machine drawings, tolerances, materials, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Additionally, you will be required to perform quality checks using various tools and modify parts as per requirements. - Understand machine drawings and assemble machines accordingly - Demonstrate knowledge of tolerances and fits as per ISO standards - Possess a good understanding of materials used in machine assembly - Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics, including interpreting diagrams - Install and commission machines at customer sites based on customer requirements - Obtain sign off from customers post project completion - Utilize quality checking tools such as Digital Vernier Caliper, Digital micrometer, Puppy dial, slip gauge, angle protractor, etc. - Modify parts as per requirement drawings using tool room machines like M1TR, surface grinder, etc. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly fitting - Ability to work full-time in a day shift schedule Please note that the work location is in person.
