Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MEAN & MERN Stack Trainer with 4+ years of professional experience in development and training. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stacks, with excellent teaching and mentoring abilities to guide learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MEAN & MERN stack technologies.
• Deliver lectures on frontend (Angular, React) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) concepts with real-world examples.
• Design and implement hands-on projects, coding challenges, and assignments.
• Mentor students in developing end-to-end full-stack applications.
• Stay updated with the latest frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
• Assist in curriculum design, content creation, and improvement of training materials.
• Evaluate learners’ performance through assessments, code reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Provide career mentorship to students aspiring for roles in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEAN & MERN stack development and training.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Frontend: Angular, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB, SQL (preferred)
• Version Control: Git/GitHub
• RESTful API design & integration
• Knowledge of deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach with practical examples.
