Job Description

Design and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons aligned to JEE Main and Advanced syllabus. Create and administer periodic tests and assessments to evaluate student progress. Conduct interactive classroom sessions that clarify complex concepts. Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt clearing sessions to students. Develop and review study materials, assignments, and practice questions. Stay updated with the latest JEE exam patterns, syllabus changes, and coaching methodologies. Motivate and inspire students to achieve high performance in competitive exams. Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching strategies and curriculum. Conduct extra classes as needed for weaker and advanced students. Complete syllabus coverage on time ensuring student and management satisfaction. Incorporating Shortcuts and Time-Saving Techniques: Teach students proven shortcuts, tricks, and time-saving strategies to solve complex problems efficiently during the JEE exam. Demonstrate multiple approaches, including standard methods and shortcut techniques, to help students tackle challenging questions within time constraints. Regularly update and integrate shortcut methods in lesson plans, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions. Motivate students to practice and master shortcuts through targeted exercises and periodic assessments.
