This isn’t just a list-scraping or email-blasting role.

You’ll play an active part in identifying qualified leads, running omnichannel outreach campaigns, and experimenting with automations and agentic workflows to bring real pipeline results.

Scalient is based out of North America, working with clients across the US, Canada, and Europe.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute omni-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and Slack/Reddit/Quora communities

• Identify high-intent leads, track buying signals, and qualify them using ICP criteria

• Research and test new growth loops, communities, and opportunity hubs

• Write clean, personalized outreach copy that gets replies

• Build or assist with automation workflows and AI agents (Langchain, Agno, Python, Zapier, etc.)

You’ll Thrive If You Are:

• Curious about outbound, automation, and lead generation

• Strong at online research and pattern spotting

• Comfortable writing short, punchy messages and adapting tone

• Proactive with tools and willing to experiment with new ones

• Interested in how outbound leads turn into business deals

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Sales Nav, etc.

• Worked on scraping, enrichment, or automation workflows before

• Basic Python experience or AI/agentic tool interest

• Past experience in outreach, growth, or lead gen roles

Internship Details:

Job Type: Internship

Contract Length: 4 months, with 6 and 12-month options.

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 INR per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 8 hours/day + 1 hour break

Location Requirement:

Hybrid role with a structured hybrid routine. Must be available to join immediately.

Office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) — preferred in business, marketing, tech, or communications.

Experience (Preferred but not required):

• Lead generation or outbound work

• Sales research or SDR-like tasks

• Marketing automation or scraping/data tools
