Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or database.

Sales Pitch: Present products/services, explain features, and highlight benefits to persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information during conversations and recording details in the database.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to previous inquiries or leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.

Data Management: Accurately maintain call records, update customer databases, and input relevant information into the system.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and call quotas set by the company.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about products/services or their experience with the company.

Adhere to Guidelines: Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company while making calls to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team or other departments to share customer feedback or relevant information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Familiarity with relevant computer applications and CRM software.
• Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer-oriented approaches.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
