About the Role

We are seeking Marketing Interns for a 45-day structured program focused on lead generation, market research, and business development. Interns will gain hands-on exposure, mentorship, and training while being expected to achieve predefined targets.

This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals looking to apply academic knowledge in real-world marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor mapping & industry analysis

• Generate, qualify & manage leads aligned with target market

• Build & maintain structured client/prospect databases

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets

• Support marketing campaigns (emails, digital outreach)

• Prepare progress reports for management

• Share innovative ideas to improve outreach strategies

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related fields

• Strong analytical & research skills

• Good written & verbal communication

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Knowledge of digital marketing & lead-gen tools is a plus

• Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven
