Role Overview

Lead our marketing engine: build your team, drive campaigns, boost visibility, and fuel sales conversion. You will own strategy and execution — from digital to on-ground branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the marketing team (Digital, Field Campaigns, Creatives)
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social, offline, partnerships)
• Align marketing with sales schemes: Weekly Earn Bonanza, Open Referral Program
• Create high-impact content: ads, creatives, reels, and campaign funnels
• Monitor KPIs: traffic, leads, ROI; deliver weekly performance reports

Who We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years in marketing leadership with proven growth achievements
• Experience in services, fintech, consulting, or compliance-based sectors
• Skilled in team building, campaign execution, and performance tracking
• Strategic, action-driven, and capable of independent ownership
