Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team and help scale Stader’s brand and community across the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly switch between strategy and execution. You’ll support a wide range of marketing initiatives including content creation, social media, events, analytics, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing and growth campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
Run experiments weekly, from Telegram sticker drops to merch campaigns to see how many times you’ve been rugged to KOls, to find repeatable GTM plays.
Create and repurpose high-quality content (blogs, newsletters, infographics, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with design, product, and BD teams to support launches, partnerships, and key product announcements.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Dune, or similar.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and crypto narratives to inform content and campaign strategy.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or Web3/crypto industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and community building.
Proven experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and running campaigns.
Comfortable working with data and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Notion, CRM tools).
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, decentralized, and global environment.
