This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting market research, assisting in event coordination, participating in campaign planning, and contributing to content creation. It offers a hands-on experience in various marketing activities within a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and continuous learning. Responsibilities: - Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. - Supporting the creation of content for social media, emailers, and other marketing materials. - Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis. - Assisting in the coordination of events, exhibitions, and internal branding activities. - Collaborating with design and content teams to develop promotional materials. - Updating and maintaining marketing databases and documentation. - Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports. - Contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement. Qualifications: - A Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - A strong interest in marketing, branding, and communication. - Basic understanding of social media platforms and current marketing trends. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like Canva or Google Workspace is a plus. - Prior internship or project experience in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
