To understand the Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning of the company. Assist in planning according to the Inputs.
2. Conduct Market Research and identify recent trends, Customer preferences, and perform competitive analysis.
3. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media. To execute different tools for lead generation, learn about them, and use them to get sources of new leads.
4. To qualify the leads based on criteria such as budget, and transfer the qualified leads to the sales team.
5. To execute TTL and BTL Marketing campaigns for the organization to target specific customer segments. BTL - Below the line (like Technical blogs, Mass E-mailers, etc.) TTL - Digital Marketing like SEO, G Ads, LinkedIn Post, etc. Engage with OEM Customers, and build & maintain strong relationships.
6. To develop and execute:-
1. Email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
2. Content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
7. Regularly communicate with the Sales team and provide support in presentations, brochures, and promotional material. To align marketing efforts with sales goals.
8. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
9. Manage social media pages, website updates, and online promotions. PageTo identify key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Journey Mapping, ROI of campaigns, etc.
10. To identify and segment inactive customers. To develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage inactive customers.
12. To prepare marketing reports, MIS, and maintain the customer database. To work on the CRM tool, track and manage customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors.
13. To execute and keep a check on the budget for marketing campaigns, monitor expenditures and ROI, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
14. To attend review meetings, discuss the challenges, maintain documentation, and contribute to learning and development programs.
15. To coordinate with Consultants and any other external service providers as per the requirements.
16. To manage the Organization's wellness habits, preserve and nurture the culture of the organization.
17. To maintain data confidentiality.
18. To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take on the emergent responsibilities.
19. To act according to the company's HR policies, rules, and regulations
